Great Lakes Lifting Offers How-To Video Series

Our blog readers know that we recently unveiled a new Maintenance Program to allow our customers to focus on the job rather than technical and mechanical maintenance.

That said, some basic tasks can be done in-house, or by your machine operators, for safety and optimal use. These are not maintenance tasks, by definition, but tips for everyday use. To help you further, our own Steven Brooks created some “How To” videos on YouTube to help with some of these common, daily checks.

We’ve also posted them on social media a couple of times, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn!

Here’s a summary of what we’ve prepared so far:

Before you start using your SmartLift® you should perform a daily inspection. This video will help guide you through the process.

SmartLift® models 280, 380, 580, 408, and 608 all have this anti-turnover switch.

You may need to replace a damaged cup or change a cup to attach to different surfaces.
